# Support

> Get help with the BreadBowl Embed alpha

Email [mxu@breadbowl.ai](mailto:mxu@breadbowl.ai) or use the private support channel provided during onboarding.

Include:

* what happened and when, in UTC;
* the endpoint and HTTP status;
* `error.code` and `x-request-id`;
* the index ID, when relevant;
* whether a retry worked.

Do not send API keys, source text, queries, customer metadata, or full request and response captures. Use synthetic content for a reproduction when possible.

If a key may be exposed, lead with **suspected key exposure** and request immediate revocation. Do not paste the key.
